Job Details

​We are seeking a skilled UK registered Project Architect to join a small but mighty team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-end residential projects and bring innovative designs to life. With a particular focus on high-end residential work, this studio’s portfolio includes a range of projects, from bespoke luxury homes to high-end residential developments dedicated to delivering exceptional designs that push the boundaries of what is possible in architecture. Construction value wise projects typically range from £200k through to £3m.

As the successful candidate, you'll be an integral part of a dynamic team of architects and designers who are passionate about creating exceptional spaces. You must have a proven track record of successfully delivering high quality residential projects, an excellent eye for detail, and a deep understanding of Revit. Working closely with the Founding Director you will play an integral part of the expansion plans. In return, you'll enjoy a competitive salary of up to circa. £45,000 pa, depending on your experience and expertise.

Here's who we’re after:

·         RIBA/ARB registered

·         Experience working on high-end residential projects

·         Proficiency in Revit

·         Fluent in English

·         Ability to work on projects from initial client brief right through to completion on site/handover stage

·         Proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and on budget

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Substantial knowledge of UK building regulations and planning processes

·         A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving

·         A commitment to excellence and a willingness to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional  results

·         Comfortable and happy to really get involved!
