Hays are delighted to be working with an award-winning property consultancy who specialise in delivering high profile projects to a mix of public and private sector clients. Undertaking a variety of projects from new build to refurbishment, their continued growth has created the need for a Senior Architect!

Based in the beautiful open plan office in Norwich, you will be joining a multi-disciplined team helping to deliver technical services to both existing and new clients.

Your new role
As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for programming, leading and delivering project work in alignment with determined financial budgets and fee/cost targets. Acting as a project lead on projects, you will provide full Architects Service, whilst allocating tasks to a project team on multi-disciplinary projects, directing and assisting in the assessment of team resource capacity.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Architect looking to grow their career with access to a variety of projects, with the chance to work with established clientele but also grow the business.

What you'll need to succeed
The role is flexible to take on someone chartered with a professional membership of the Architects Registration Board or working towards their chartership. A successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in an Architectural related discipline, current site card or will be prepared to obtain and experience in providing high level consultancy advice.

Software you must be proficient in: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM and Microsoft Office Suite.
