ArchiCAD technician for luxury projects.

Opportunity to join a busy and experienced team with low turnover and great culture to assist in detailing some amazing high budget projects in ArchiCAD.  balance while offering a flexible/ hybrid work arrangement. Ideally you will be an technician or have strong drafting experience in ArchiCAD and be passionate about one off and expertly detailed projects, perhaps within the hospitality or residential sector. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team to deliver a key extension/new build project in London.
• Contribute to design revisions from a technical perspective. 
• Technical development of the design and construction documentation in ArchiCAD. 
• Coordinate with external consultants and contractors. 

Skills and Experience

• Qualified architectural technician/equivalent.
• Strong ArchiCAD skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbally
• Demonstrate ability to produce high quality technical packages. 
• NSW experience and building knowledge.
