Architect

We have just received a new assignment for a talented Architect to join a well-established 30 strong Architectural Practice based in East London. 

Our client is looking to appoint an Architect to deliver a 30-unit affordable housing scheme from stage 3 to completion. 

Reporting into a Director, this candidate will take ownership of the project, liaising with the client and attending site visits. 

The ideal person will be:- 

• ARB registered Architect with 2 – 5 years* post qualified experience. 
• AutoCAD and / or Revit skills are essential. 
• A proven background working on projects in construction. 
• Good communication abilities. 

In return our client offers 23 days holiday, pension scheme, EOT Bonus and 3 days office / 2 days home working pattern.
