Hays is delighted to be working with a multi award winning commercial agency, one of the biggest property agency in the region with multi locations across the south east.

Your new role
They are looking to meet with qualified Faculties Managers with a background in industrial or retail sectors. The role is the day to day services on various mixed property and retail parks including hard services, soft services, fabric maintenance and M&E, etc. You work alongside Property Managers to assist with service charge budgets and undertake end of year service charge reconciliations as well section 20 notices on leased properties.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have excellent communication skills as you will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants and key stakeholders. NEBOSH or ISOH or BIFM or IWFM qualification desirable.
