Permanent opportunity for a qualified Town Planner to join a leading consultancy in Cambridgeshire

Your new company
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a qualified Town Planner to join a successful consultancy who operate across Cambridgeshire and the South East. A leading organisation who work with a diverse client base, and place an emphasis on their people and values.

Your new role
As a qualified Town Planner, you will work as part of a small Planning team and a wider team of multi-disciplined professionals. Workload will range from small scale development control to large scale developments and strategic land promotion. You will be responsible for running your own projects and liaising directly with clients, attending site visits and preparing fee proposals. Where possible, you will also provide support to the Graduate Planners within the team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in the role of Town Planner, you will be a qualified Member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI) and will have experience leading your own projects in a busy planning department. You will have working experience of UK planning regulations, especially strategic planning, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
