Maintenance Officer

Full Time maintenance officer for a national company, Driver must be required, Amazing Career progression.

Your new role
- Oversee void rooms and units to prepare for new occupier
- Oversee maintenance of common part areas
- Painting
- Basic Plumbing
- Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential)
- Lock changing (Essential)
- Gardening including fencing
- Bathrooms and kitchen repairs
- Furniture / Rubbish removals
- Cleaning (desirable)
- Problem solving
What you'll need to succeed
Previous knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, changing locks, and painting,
Able to have a DBS check carried out due to working on social housing
A full driving license due to covering Suffolk and Essex
What you'll get in return
