Your new company
Our client is a leading consumer automotive service brand, providing vehicle repairs and replacements to over 1 million motorists every year. With the widest reaching auto repairs network in the UK and Ireland. They are currently seeking an experience Property & Facilities Manager to lead their FM Team based out Bedfordshire.


Your new role
This role is responsible for management of the organisations UK property assets, representing circa 130 sites and annual spend of over £9m. This includes overseeing all property costs, investment, transactions, facility design and construction, facility maintenance, and lease portfolio administration across UK.

The role holder will adeptly move from strategic thinking to practical application ensuring value for money while rolling up their sleeves to get things done, especially in their exciting footprint expansion strategy.

The leader will develop trusted relationships at all levels of the organisation, from frontline colleagues to senior leaders, as well as with colleagues, suppliers and the communities in which they live and work, while demonstrating inspiring leadership and building a world-class team. They are a nationwide business so regular travel throughout the UK will be required .



What you'll need to succeed
This is a perfect role for a Strong FM with a Property background with experience within Industrial and commercial sectors. Ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of related experience, with a significant portion gained in a major multi-site organisation. Bachelor's level degree or equivalent experience in a business or property related discipline would be preferred.
