Looking for an M&E Estimator where the role will consist of labour loading and cost estimation

Your new company
Well known organisation specialised in the health care sector operating in the UK, offering services of property development, construction project and property management, estate strategy and optimisation. They are now looking for an experienced Estimator specialised in M&E where the role will consist of labour loading and cost estimation.

Your new role
As M&E Estimator you will work closely with the team of Facilities Manager Specialist to be involved on labour load and cost services and identify improvements in the efficiency and effectiveness of both their maintenance strategy and productivity of their engineering.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this role you will need to have experience in cost estimation, good understanding on planned and reactive maintenance, excellent analytical and commercial awareness, M&E installations knowledge and familiarisation SFG20 maintenance standards.
