With specialised teams dedicated to residential and commercial building surveying, they have established themselves as market leaders. The commercial team spearheads projects across East Anglia and London, while the residential team focuses on delivering exceptional service in Cambridgeshire. With a combined experience of over 50 years, you will be joining a team of seasoned professionals.

Your new role
In this role, you will have the chance to become an equity partner within the organisation, empowering you to implement your own strategies and contribute to the company's growth. As the Building Surveyor, your responsibilities will encompass conducting building surveys, home buyers reports, as well as managing dilapidations and party wall matters. While your primary focus will be on developing the residential team, there will be opportunities for involvement in the operations of the commercial team if desired.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, MRICS membership is preferred, although promising APC candidates will also be considered. Given the client-facing nature of the role, strong communication skills and a high standard of literacy and reporting abilities are essential.
