A leading multidisciplinary practice with multiple locations across the Midlands is seeking an Architect to lead the team in their South Midlands office. With work across multiple sectors, this is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience of leading a team to make an impact in a growing organisation.

This role is seen as an important hire for the business, with the future growth of the office being centred around this individual, making this a unique opportunity to grow not only your career but those around you as well.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate not only excellent design skills, but also experience in running complex jobs on site, ideally across Commercial, Industrial or Blue light sectors. You will also have proven team leading and people management skills.
