Senior Quantity Surveyor - Commercial Refurbishment
Your new company
This company specialise in commercial projects ranging from £5-20 million. Specifically within the structural refurbishment space. Their projects are located in and around the Central London area and they are looking for the right candidate to come and assist them in a Senior Quantity Surveyor role
Your new role
Within your new role you will be required to lead projects from a commercial aspect. Including cash flow reports, cost value analysis, establish procurement plans etc. You will be working alongside the contract managers in order to oversee the portfolio of projects that the company is currently working on. As well as this you will be required to monitor the progress of the junior and intermediate quantity surveyors in order to make sure they are making progress and ensuring their projects are running as they should.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have strong structural knowledge as well as experience of working with listed buildings. As well as this you will need to have experience with JCT projects. Experience of pricing in house works is also preferred as well as a strong enthusiasm for the industry
