You will be responsible for at least one Junior or Mid-weight Designer, which will increase as the company grows. You will work as an all-round Interior Designer, getting involved from the concept stages of the project and managing the process through. Technical knowledge is incredibly important in this role, so it's imperative you have managed projects to completion, including on site delivery with multiple contractors/stakeholders. The key here is to have experience managing complex moving parts, and having the design and technical knowledge to deliver projects on time and within budget, whilst maintaining a strong design narrative throughout the finished space.
