Job title: Architectural Technician
Salary: between £28,000- £35,000 depending one experience.

They work on a wide variety of projects including residential and social housing, office blocks, public works and various healthcare and education facilities. The Chester office is set in a beautiful Georgian building, built in 1763, and the 20-strong staff occupy modern, functional spaces throughout the building. Your new role
Working with 4 other Architectural Technicians with a wide range of experience, you will be working on developments across the country, using your knowledge of Revit to assist in the delivery in a variety of projects. You will be working closely with an experienced Architectural team, reporting directly into the Associate Director. Main duties include:
- Investigate client issues, co-ordinate the design development process, preparing planning and building regulation applications.
- Producing technical drawings using Revit for commercial projects
- Presenting detailed design solutions and collating design documents
- Assisting with bid and tender enquiries, checking estimates
- Ensuring work complies with health and safety and construction compliance
What you'll need to succeed
A healthy working knowledge of Revit, experience with projects and a strong collaborative attitude.
