Leading global design studio is seeking a technical architect with experience in the delivery of healthcare and/or science projects to join their London team. A worldwide practice but with an office of only 40 strong in London, you will benefit from organised systems and good benefits but relaxed studio atmosphere where there are no egos and everyone's voice is heard. Key Responsibilities

  • Initially working on Stage 5 of a science/laboratory building in the UK.
  • Solving technical issues and supervising works on site, commenting on progress and quality.
  • Liaising with contractors and sub consultants.

Skills and Experience

  • Part III/ARB-registered architect with experience delivering large complex projects, ideally within science and healthcare.
  • Experience coordinating with client, consultants and contractors.
  • Experienced in producing technical drawing information in Revit.
  • Solid UK site experience.
  • Appreciation of innovative and cutting edge design solutions.
