Architect - Local Authority style projects

Your new company
An exciting multi-disciplinary company that offers building consultancy, design, project and cost management, and facilities management services to public and private sector clients

Your new role
You will help support the Principal Architect and wider team in the delivery of consultancy and design services to a range of clients, working across all RIBA stages in supporting the wider business in the delivery of projects.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally hold a minimum of 3 years post Part III experience and be registered with, or eligible to register with, the ARB. You will have a portfolio demonstrating a range of project experience, with excellent AutoCAD skills. Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is advantageous but not essential. Experience in working on local authority projects would also be highly beneficial.

What you'll get in return
You will receive a salary of up to £40,000 (dependent upon qualifications and experience), local government pension scheme, minimum of 29 days holiday, plus statutory bank holidays. In addition you will have your professional fees funded and flexible working arrangements including home working.
