Career opportunity for Architectural Technician with practice just South of City Centre.

Your new company

This 15 strong Architecture practice located just South of the City Centre, close to a tram station and with free car parking on site, is looking for an Architectural Technician on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be working on residential projects including bespoke resi, apartment building, and projects for housebuilders - dealing with all RIBA work stages, including site and contract administration.

What you'll need to succeed
This firm is looking for a Technician with proficient AutoCAD skills, and experience of working on quality residential schemes (min 3 years) and a thorough understanding of UK Building Regulations as they apply to these projects.
