Responsibilities:

• Ultimate responsibility for Technical Delivery on a range of projects locally, and occasionally throughout the UK.
• Mentorship and management of Project Leaders, Senior qualified and more junior staff. Lead contact with existing clients, sub consultants and contractors.
• Management of the internal resource.
• Recruiting and interviewing technical staff, and co-interviewing designers where necessary.
• Grow into an overall day to day management role for the practice.
• Attend national and regional events and meetings with other offices and the general Built Environment community.

Experience Required: 

• Qualified Technologist / Technician, Architect or commensurate experience.
• Previously in a leading / Job Running position on Technical projects. Even if you don’t already have the Associate title.
• The ability to build relationships and the experience of dealing with end user clients.
• Knowledge on a range of sector types, though no need to specialise in anything.
• Understanding of resource management, and a basic commercial knowledge.
• The Practice uses Revit, having an understanding is required.
