Commercial Agency Surveyor

Your new role
My client is seeking an energetic Commercial Agent to join their expanding team. This role will cover all commercial sectors including Office, Retail & Industrial properties. However, if you are a specialist in one of these areas only, we have the flexibility to adapt the role to your expertise.
Main Purpose of Job:
To provide day-to-day assistance to the Agency team and other Partners when directed. To assist with the development and maintenance of a strong client base, specifically in Commercial Agency matters.
- To carry out inspections of properties for marketing purposes.
- To provide marketing reports to clients in the required format within agreed timescales.
- To carry out viewings.
- To undertake other professional work from time to time for which you have suitable experience, if required.
- To adopt a “can do” attitude at all times.
- To be flexible, adaptable, and customer-focused.


What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a positive can-do attitude, be confident in their abilities, and have an outgoing personality that enjoys working within a team. The role will include travelling to properties throughout the central region and North London. However, when the need arises, you will be expected to inspect properties throughout the country to undertake surveys with a senior colleague. You will also be expected to inspect properties on your own, subject to our Lone Working procedure and Risk Assessments.
MRICS is not essential, however, a background in commercial property is a must.
