Studio Manager

ACA Studios Ltd is an established, prestigious, and vibrant practice based in the heart of Bankside, London, with a large residential portfolio and long and successful track record of delivering mixed tenure housing of the highest quality for both the public and private sectors.

 The business is looking for an experienced Studio Manager. The management of the studio will require the overseeing of the day-to-day life of the business in respect of administration, HR, office culture, finance and operations.

 Key Responsibilities:

·         Oversee all operational elements of the studio, offering support to the Directors and their Architectural teams as required to facilitate the smooth running of the office

·         Finance Management - oversee all elements of financial management including projections, cashflow and billing, working with the accountants and bookkeepers to ensure the maintenance of accurate and up to date financial information

·         HR Management – Management of all HR related matters maintaining a supportive and collaborative studio culture

·         Administration - Management of the Senior administrator who deals with the front of house

Skills and Experience:

·         Previous experience of working in a similar role within the architectural and design industry is preferred but not essential 

·         Strong self-management, initiative, organisational skills and sense of responsibility required

·         Impeccable organisation skills and attention to detail

·         Proficient use of Microsoft office and Xero / accounting software required

 Salary negotiable depending on experience, to start as soon as possible.
