Lookingfor a CRM Specialist to join Marketing Team based in the Essex Campus.
This isa fantastic opportunity for someone who is eager to develop knowledge andinsights in data and customer retention management. The CRM Specialist willhelp to develop and execute the CRM and marketing data strategy, to support theCRM & Manager setting up marketing automations and campaigns, monitor andreport on campaign metrics and success of marketing projects.
What you'll need to succeed
With adegree and appropriate level of experience or part qualified in a relevantprofessional qualification and with evidence of continuing professionaldevelopment, you will have sound knowledge of CRM platforms and demonstrableexperience using large CRM databases. With a high degree of accuracy, you'll beable to use Excel as an advanced user and prepare excellent customer data formarketing campaigns.
