Your new company
You will be joining a Tier 1 contractor working on a major water framework in the Midlands region. This multi-accredited contractor has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, and they are currently working on clean water and wastewater schemes valued up to £6m. This contractor offers excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development and due to continued growth, they are looking to onboard a Testing & Commissioning Engineer to join their team.
Your new role
As Testing & Commissioning Engineer you will be responsible for, but not limited to, reviewing and signing off commissioning RAMs and documentation, chairing commissioning meetings with clients and subcontractors, producing all necessary commissioning documentation (i.e. test records) as well as delivering on-site commissioning.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have proven commissioning experience and process knowledge around water treatment, chemical dosing and water movement. In addition, you will also have a hydraulic understanding of water distribution and hold a CSCS card, EUSR card and SMSTS. Finally, you will be familiar with control systems (i.e. PLC MCC) and be able to liaise proficiently with operational teams.
What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a basic salary of up to £67k/annum (flexible), package (including 24 days' annual leave (option to buy more), 6% matched pension contribution, life assurance, company car or car allowance (£5.3k/annum) and other benefits).
