Job Title: Service Desk Analyst
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 & Benefits & Bonus
Working Hours: Full Time

This role is a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking to start an exciting IT career! With support to learn from experienced staff, this position will help you develop your IT skills in a professional working environment.
The role
- Providing a pro-active service helping staff to resolve queries and providing information to users on the progress of outstanding support calls.
- Installing and configuring operating systems and software.
- Maintaining the existing PCs and peripherals to agreed standards by performing upgrades and new installations, as well as carrying out routine procedures.
- Responding to, investigating and diagnosing incoming incidents and requests, received via ITSM system or via the IT support phone line.
Key skills and experience
- Passion for supporting people with IT and drive to deliver excellent customer service
- The ability to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately – written and verbal
- Good verbal communication skills
- A willingness to learn
- Experience of working with an ITSM system to prioritise workload
- Experience within a professional environment
