Architects or Experienced Part II's - Revit - Residential Apartments

This AJ100 architectural practice known for creating intelligent and purposeful mid-large scale residential, mixed use and build-to-rent projects has an urgent need for an experienced Part 2 Assistant or Architect with good Revit skills who can start immediately or within 1 week from now.

Employing around 50 people, this UK design practice offers a hybrid collaborative working environment with a personable, friendly, diverse, and supportive management team.

Due to an increased pipeline of work, this practice is urgently seeking an experienced Part 2 Assistant or Architect with good Revit skills to support a team working on a mid-rise residential development of 1500 apartments over 2 phases requiring re-design drawings for a planning application. Tasks are various, space and flat planning, elevation drawings, all sorts really.

We are specifically looking for an experienced Part 2 Assistant or Architect with commercial proficiency in Revit and proven experience of working on medium or large sized residential schemes, although other sector experience may be considered.

Please note that this position requires the successful Part 2 Assistant or Architect to work in the SE1 London office 5 days per week normally up to 40 hours.
