Are you a proactive, forward-thinking Project Architect, with at least 2 years’ relevant experience to join their growing team. This is a high-profile role with visibility across the business and would suit somebody who is energetic, personable and not afraid to get stuck in.

The successful candidate will be working on a number of concurrent projects, so managing workload across these, time management and communication are essential to succeed in the role.

The ideal candidate will be versatile and flexible, whilst showing enthusiasm and openness to stepping outside of their comfort zone from time to time.

Key responsibilities 

  • support on a variety of architectural & fitout projects in retail, commercial and some residential space across the portfolio
  • carry out spatial studies
  • draw up simple surveys and plans
  • assist with landlord design projects
  • briefing, commenting on, and managing external consultant teams
  • produce guidelines to cover works our tenants plan to carry out 
  • review and comment on tenant design submissions
  • prepare high-quality, clear, concise & engaging summary reports and presentation packs
  • good interest in, understanding and working knowledge of ESG, cost, programme, regulations and legislation are important

Personal Skills

  • Excellent communication skills, versatility and enthusiasm are essential
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Worked in a fast-paced environment with multiple demands
  • Experience juggling concurrent projects and managing your workload
  • Attention to detail
  • Very good understanding of high-quality design, details and finishes
  • A good grasp of AutoCAD, Adobe suite, MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Sketchup preferred
  • Highly organised and proactive mindset for anticipating issues before they arise
  • A desire to get things done, get involved, even if the task is unfamiliar or minor
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining strong working relationships
  • Effective interpersonal skills for communicating at all levels across the business
  • The ability to work both autonomously and as part of a dedicated team
  • Professionalism and discretion in possession of sensitive and confidential information
  • A desire to learn and grow in the role
