A Fantastic Education Institute seeking their next Acquisition Marketing Executive to join a small and exciting team in Hatfield!
Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity to help the next generation find their purpose in life as they navigate what and where to study. You'll do this by collaborating with the large, friendly and welcoming Marketing & Communications team, understanding the student journey through insight, and delivering exciting and inspiring content across a wide range of digital channels (from search and social, to digital radio and VOD) to help them see why this could be the perfect place for them.
Your role will involve a wide range of digital marketing activity and reporting on its effectiveness. Key focusses for the role include:

• Collaboration with in-house creative and digital teams to produce inspiring and engaging content which ensures a frictionless journey for prospect
• Working closely with our media agency, supplying content as per agreed timings and schedules
• Updating creating web content, taking into account the full digital journey
• Reporting on the effectiveness of activity and making recommendations for improvements
• Accountability for external listing sites, including organisation brand profiles and advertising recruitment events

What you'll need to succeed
You will be required to have a broad general understanding of marketing tactics and techniques, with a particular focus on digital, including:

• Experience of delivering (or supporting delivery) of effective paid digital marketing campaigns is essential, and this should include liaising with agencies / internal stakeholders to produce digital content
• Website content updates and optimisation experience of working with digital metrics, reporting on the success of marketing activity and making recommendations
• Excellent copywriting (particularly for web), editing and proofreading skills
• Organised and able to work to multiple project deadlines
