Your new role
As Town Planner, you will join a successful team working with a range of clients across residential, leisure, commercial, energy and agriculture. Your role will include preparing planning applications, representing development plans, project managing multidisciplinary teams, business development and advising clients on planning, budget and timescale. You will have excellent written communication skills, with effective negotiation abilities.


What you'll need to succeed
To be successful within this role as Town Planner, you will have experience of working in a client led consultancy, or for a local planning authority. You will have a relevant qualification in Town Planning, and ideally working towards MRTPI if not already Chartered.


What you'll get in return
