• Location : Hunnington, Halesowen
• Duration : Long term, 3 years work on site.
• Rate : £13.00.-£14.50 PH, Dependent on pay type.

Our client is looking for a hard-working and reliable individual with good characteristics and experience to join their site team, on a residential site development in the Hunnington area of Halesowen.




Your day-to-day duties will include:
Carrying out pre plasters in housing plots
Assisting other tradesmen on site
Manual lifting moving heavy materials
General labouring tasks such as clearing and maintaining the compound area for H&S site visits.




To be successful for this role you will need:
A valid CSCS Card
Experience with carrying out pre plasters in housing plots
Able to do manual lifting and moving heavy materials
A positive attitude in the work environment
Be consistent with your work performance and attendance on site.
