Position Overview: They are seeking a talented and dedicated AutoCAD expert to join their team as a Technical Designer. Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage detailed AutoCAD drawings for retail design projects.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and Contract Managers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Work with suppliers to source materials, fixtures, and furnishings while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
- Act as a confident liaison between the team and clients, ensuring effective communication and client satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve design-related issues and challenges to maintain project timelines.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus but not essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software with a strong portfolio highlighting their technical skills in retail design.
- Previous experience in retail design is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge of suppliers and materials commonly used in retail spaces.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with both suppliers and clients.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
