Design Principal- Dubai

Internationally renowned multidisciplinary consulting firm are seeking a highly experienced and talented Design Principal/Director to join their Dubai team.  This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the firms design vision and leading the development of innovative projects.

Responsibilities: 

• Take charge of building and leading design team, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives.
• Provide design direction and mentorship to team members, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 20+ years of experience in the field of architecture, preferably gained from a renowned architecture firm with international projects. 
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing design teams, delivering exceptional results. - Strong design portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design expertise. 
• Extensive knowledge of architectural design principles, construction techniques, and building codes. 
• Proficiency in relevant design software and tools. 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges.
• A passion for innovation and a keen eye for detail.
