EXPERIENCED Part 2 Architectural Assistant for Boutique Residential Studio

A High-end residential practice is hiring for PART 2 ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANTS who are technically competent to help deliver beautifully crafted projects. This studio would suit someone who has a keen eye for design, enjoys working meticulously through bespoke detailing and is eager to join a growing studio in North East London. Vectorworks fluency would be preferable.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to day assisting on architectural / interior refurbishment projects within the high-end residential sector
• Oversee documentation in Vectorworks
• Liaise with the client, local authority and consultants
• Assisting in supervising works on site

Skills and Experience

• Part 2 Architect with experience delivering high quality residential projects
• From a design-focused background
• Interested in working on small-to-medium bespoke refurbishment and new build schemes
• Expert technical experience with good knowledge of UK construction methods and materials
• Excellent command of Vectorworks
• Be a team player with excellent communication skills
