Overview:
FRAME are working with a busy, London based Architecture studio who are looking to grow! They have a new position for an ARB Architect or Project Architect to work on a complex UK Residential/ Hospitality project. The project is going into RIBA stage 5, they are looking for someone with fit out experience alongside construction package skills also.
The role will be focused on the interior detailing/ fit out aspects, using AutoCAD on a day to day basis. The position will be reporting into a Senior/ Project lead.

The Studio
The studio are a medium sized Architecture firm with a great name in the industry. They have a passionate, hardworking team and are looking for a likeminded individual to join ASAP, although can wait a month for the right person. They are an office based firm so 5 days per week in studio.

- AutoCAD proficiency
- UK based Residential/ Hospitality fit out experience
- RIBA stage 5 background, scale 1:5 and construction detailing skills
- Strong communication and organisation skills
- On site experience e a bonus
