Requirements That Set You Apart:
- Understand mainland China local codes and construction processes.
- Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Confidently support the project lead in interior and architectural design.
- Your communication skills light up every room.
- You see the fluid connection between creativity and technical design.
- Collaborate seamlessly with other disciplines like interior design, installation, and branding.
- Expertise in building regulations, codes, and standards.
- In-depth knowledge of building materials, physics, and details.
- Familiarity with architectural/design project stages and packages.
- Understand the roles and responsibilities of design and project teams.
- Masterful time management and organization.
- Develop expertise in fabrication, building techniques, manufacturing, and construction site processes.
- 8+ years of architectural design experience on a global scale, including specific projects in China.
- RIBA ARB Part III or Equivalent.
- Mastery of AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- Proficiency in Rhino and Enscape is a plus.
- Take the lead in LDI and external consultant coordination.
- Confidently lead SD & DD package delivery.
- Champion teamwork and foster strong interaction.
- Exhibit top-tier design illustration skills.
- Efficiently manage time and tasks.
- Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign, MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Skilled in 3D modeling, drafting, and BIM.
- Ability to deliver DD-stage packages.
