We are currently seeking a talented BIM Manager for a renowned AJ100 company based in London, UK. This company, which values innovation and employee empowerment, has adopted an Employee Ownership Trust model, symbolising its commitment to a brighter future for all.

- Lead and manage BIM processes for projects across the UK, with a strong focus on Revit and plugins.
- Project experience in Commercial and Cultural projects desired.
- Play a pivotal role in developing CAD and BIM systems within the organisation, with additional training opportunities and collaboration with external BIM experts.
- Take charge of project-specific BIM tasks, ensuring they align with established standards and maintain high quality.
- Keep content libraries, templates, and standards up-to-date and actively participate in clash-detection meetings.
- A genuine enthusiasm for BIM management.
- An advanced skillset in Revit.
- Prior experience in commercial or cultural projects would be advantageous.
- Demonstrated qualities of honesty, dedication, and creativity.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Confidence in liaising with diverse groups regarding BIM processes.
