Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM processes for projects across the UK, with a strong focus on Revit and plugins.
• Project experience in Commercial and Cultural projects desired. 
• Play a pivotal role in developing CAD and BIM systems within the organisation, with additional training opportunities and collaboration with external BIM experts.
• Take charge of project-specific BIM tasks, ensuring they align with established standards and maintain high quality.
• Keep content libraries, templates, and standards up-to-date and actively participate in clash-detection meetings.

Requirements:

• A genuine enthusiasm for BIM management.
• An advanced skillset in Revit.
• Prior experience in commercial or cultural projects would be advantageous.
