Site Manager - Highways

Your new company
You will be working for a Tier 1 contractor working to deliver numerous civil engineering schemes across Area 7 (East Midlands).

Your new role
Reporting into the Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivery of schemes such as footpath reconstruction, carriageway resurfacing, surface treatments, drainage improvements, traffic signals and structures repairs. You will ensure the health and safety of yourself, the workforce and the public in accordance with company processes and procedures. You'll be responsible for start shift briefings, overseeing staff and contractors on site and supporting admin. This role may include night shifts dependent on the project.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Site Manager with a relevant CSCS card and SMSTS. Whilst not essential, desirable qualifications include a HNC (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, a Highways passport, NEBOSH and IOSH. You must be in possession of a full UK driving licence.

What you'll get in return
- Day rate of circa £350pd inside IR35
- Weekly pay
- Monday to Friday
- 3 to 6 months work
