What We're Looking For:
  • Qualified Architect: Hold Part III/ARB with a minimum of 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Contract Expertise: Demonstrate your proficiency with JCT contracts for existing buildings.
  • Wordsmith: Craft NBS specifications with finesse.
  • Planning Whiz: Show us your knack for planning and discharge of conditions.
  • Effective Communicator: Chair meetings with contractors and produce concise minutes/notes.
  • RIBA stages: Your strength lies in detailing existing and listed buildings, happy to be involved in drawings, you have experience in stages 3-4.  
  • Leadership Skills: Take the lead in managing a team of 1-2 members.
  • Tech Savvy: Your proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign. Revit & SketchUp is a plus.
  • Sector Expertise: Bring your experience in the high-end UK residential sector, must have experience in high-end, luxury one off houses or existing and listed buildings.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to challenges with a committed work ethic.
  • Language Skills: Communicate fluently in both written and spoken English.
