Project lead with one off housing project at new growing practice!

Emerging studio formed from a notable name in the boutique residential world is about to grow and looking for an experienced assistant or mid weight architect to take the lead on projects. Working extensively in RBKC and the West End, this team already boast a beautiful portfolio of crafted one off projects for private clients and you will be hands on across all stages of live and upcoming jobs in a client facing role. Promoting a healthy and flexible working culture driven by directorship who have laid down the solid foundations for work to exist around life, families and other obligations, this could be the perfect opportunity for a dedicated architect who perhaps feel stifled in a strict working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day lead under director on a range of high-end one-off  projects. 
• Liaise with private clients, contractors and consultants.
• Produce and oversee packages in MicroStation.
• Supervise works on site.

Skills and Experience

• Fully qualified Part II/II with demonstrable experience on high-quality contemporary residential schemes in London.
• Keen design eye with a passion for beautifully designed and detailed spaces.
• Client-facing and coordination experience.
• Excellent technical capabilities with sound knowledge of UK building regulations and standards with considerable experience leading projects at RIBA stages 3-5.
• A confident and ambitious character with excellent communication skills who excels when working within a team but who is able to work automously. 
• MicroStation 2D ideal.
