Are you looking to join a multi-disciplinary consultancy who specialise in town planning?

Our client in Essex is seeking an MRTPI Town Planner to join their team to specialise in development and land-use solutions. This organisation cover development control, landscape, and complex strategic planning for a range of clients including residential, commercial, infrastructure, and agricultural.

As MRTPI Town Planner you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing planning solutions for their specific requirements.

What you\'ll need to succeed
As a Senior Planner within the team, you will bring both academic ability with a relevant degree in a planning related subject, plus Membership of the Royal Town Planning Institute, and relevant experience working within a private consultancy or local planning authority.

What you\'ll get in return
The salary for this role is £35,000-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience.
