Governmental Planning and Architectural Design practice urgently requires an experienced all-rounder ARB/RIBA Registered Architect to work on a variety of London based projects covering residential, education, libraries, leisure centres, pools, offices, and retail etc.

This small diverse teams of construction, M&E, surveying, planning, and architectural staff offers a professional, inclusive, and collaborative environment where the successful Architect will be given full responsibility for delivering full lifecycle projects from feasibility and design, right through to construction and handover; projects involve extensions, refurbishments, improvements, and new build up to £5M in value covering all RIBA stages.

Due to the departure of an established long-term contractor, this client now urgently requires an experienced independent ARB/RIBA Registered Architect with competent professional Revit skills to take over the reins, progressing several projects already in-flight, and to commission new projects. Additional AutoCAD skills would be a bonus, but this can always be learnt if already competent with Revit.

We are urgently seeking confident independent ARB/RIBA Registered Architects with several years post qualification experience of working on a range of projects with exposure to most RIBA stages, including client engagement, contractor engagement and contract administration.

ARB/RIBA Registered Architects applying should consider themselves to be self-starters with strong all-round skills able to start immediately or within 4 weeks’ notice.

This client offers hybrid and flexible working: 1 day in the office, 1 day onsite and 3 days from home, 36 hours per week Monday to Friday with core hours being 10-4.

Additionally, this client offers regular monthly CPD training as if being a full-time member of staff.
