Job Title: Building Surveyor/ Senior Building Surveyor
Location: Liverpool office (1-2 days a week in the office)
Salary: Up to £60,000 basic salary depending on experience:
Building Surveyor £40,000 basic salary
Senior Building Surveyor £45,000-£55,000 basic salary
Associate Building Surveyor £60,000 basic salary


The Opportunity
A growing Liverpool based surveying practice and family run business with a friendly working culture are looking to expand their surveying function. As a small practice, they are involved in all aspects of building surveying professional services across the residential and commercial industry. Professional service work including; boundary disputes, expert witness surveys, schedules of conditions, schedules of dilapidations, party wall work and commercial building surveys.


Having recently moved into new office spaces in Liverpool city centre as part of their expansion plans ideally, they are looking for a Building Surveyor to work directly with the business owner to service and grow the commercial surveying service line. There is a flexible approach to work, offering flexitime and working hours that work around you!
Clients are nationwide, so some travel will be involved. However, there is no regular overnight stays expected and this will be a rare occurrence.


This role will suit a Building Surveyor, who is a teamplayer and has an equally flexible approach to work undertaken when support is needed to carry out housing disrepair surveys (on behalf of the claimant) - survey work will not just be limited to commercial building surveying.


Flexible to hire someone at Building Surveyor, Senior Surveyor or Associate Building Surveyor level who can demonstrate their knowledge and ability in professional service work. Chartered or Assoc RICS Building Surveyors will be considered.
