Job Title: Datacentre Capacity Planner

Location: Cambridge
Rate: £550 - £650
Contract Term: 6 Months
Work Type: Hybrid

Purpose of the Role:

Working as part of a global datacentre team supporting datacentre infrastructure and services. Providing support to power and capacity management within our global datacentres.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

•Working as part of a global team providing a support function across all Arm datacentres.
•Supporting datacentre infrastructure services.

•Responsible for creating existing power consumption modelling / reporting
•Responsible for creating future power consumption modelling against our intake of future systems requirements
•Assisting with rack planning and future capacity management

Qualification & Experience:

•Previous experience of datacentre power modeling and usage forecasting
•Previous experience of datacentre rack allocation and management
•Exposure to DCIM tooling (ideally Nlyte)

•General datacentre exposure
