Associate Architect

Your new company
This medium-sized, national UK Architecture design studio has an office in Manchester city centre, within a 5-minute walk of Piccadilly Railway Station. They employ 15 in Manchester, and work on a good range of residential, commercial and education projects across the region. They are now looking for a design lead who can take on an Associate or possibly Associate Director role.
Your new role
You will be working in a lead role in the studio, taking responsibility for project acquisition and networking, as well as dealing with project design, scheduling, and delivery of schemes. As part of the role, you will be handling client interactions, attending site meetings, and overseeing the work of Architects and Assistants.
What you'll need to succeed
This employer is looking for a Senior Architect or Junior Associate who is looking to step up in their career and forge a route to Directorship. You should be confident and have superb communication skills. The post dictates that you must be ARB Registered, and Revit skills are essential also.
