Capital Project Manager - NHS Cornwall

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Capital Projects Manager to join a dynamic team at Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust. This is a crucial position helping to drive commitment to delivering top-quality healthcare services to the community in Cornwall by overseeing critical capital projects.


Your new role
You will lead and manage capital projects from inception to completion, ensuring they have been delivered on time and within budget. As a Senior Project Manager, you will also be involved in strategic planning and the implementation of the capital programme strategy. You'll lead on stakeholder engagement associated with the projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders including architects, contractors and regulatory bodies, to ensure project success.


What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience as a capital project manager, ideally within the healthcare sector, although similar experience within a public estate will still be beneficial.


What you'll get in return
In return, you'll receive an initial contract with a duration of up to 6 months initially, although longer term options will be available, including permanent positions, should a longer term option be of interest.
