Part ii Architectural Assistant

A small but well-established Farringdon Architectural studio with a loyal long-standing client base and a friendly close-knit team, are opening their doors to an enthusiastic ambitious part ii. Led by two partners with a balanced team behind them. Their culture is friendly and open. They have a strong track-record of developing their staff, combining the right level of support and encouragement, alongside giving their staff great exposure and autonomy on projects. They're proud of their track record in developing their part i and part ii staff, who have since gone on to stay with the studio, quickly running their own projects, and progressing much further. They have had a busy and exciting 2023 with promotions and a new office move, and expect 2024 to be the same, hence looking to recruit this Christmas in time for the new year.
The practice uses Microstation and Revit, although support can be provided if needed. Their projects range, and include commercial, residential, industrial and retail. The studio encourages flexibility and operates on a hybrid basis, with staff having the opportunity to work from home a day or two a week, should they chose.
