They work on varying projects including large infrastructure, transport, industrial, residential and more. With a strong foothold in the industry, they have offices nationwide. For this role, they are open to candidates to work from their London, Bristol or Warrington offices. Your new role
They are looking for a Senior Flood Risk & Drainage Consultant to join a fast-paced team that operate many demanding but rewarding projects. Key duties would include...
- Lend expertise and contribute to the completion of Flood Risk Assessments
- Be client-facing and take initiative on elements of Business Development
- Write clear and concise reports to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Supervising, delegating and motivating other members of the team
- Aid colleagues in hydraulic modelling (where necessary)
What you\'ll need to succeed
- 5+ years\' experience preparing FRAs and Drainage Strategies
- Good knowledge of the planning system, in particular flood related policy and guidance such as the NPPF and SuDS Manual
- Good project management, communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage is desirable
