Electrical Supervisor

Job Title: Electrical Supervisor (Temp to Perm)
Salary Range: £43,000 - £45,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location: Romsey, Southampton
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial buildings. The role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team of electricians.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in commercial and residential buildings
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
• Manage a team of electricians and provide guidance and support as needed
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and contractors
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management
• Participate in a 1 in 4 call out rota, paying £150 per call out

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and components
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage a team of electricians
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Computer-literate
• Opportunity to do LV and confined space training
• Interviews will be needed with compliance managers as secure site
