Hays are proud to be working on behalf of a reputable organisation who are recruiting for a full time, permanent Support Worker to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your new role
This role for a Support Worker is based in the heart of Woodbridge. Duties of this role will be to provide support, care and compassion to vulnerable adults in a housing setting which have mental health conditions which include but not limited too, drug and alcohol addiction and substance misuse. You will be responsible for supporting these adults in living independently.
Within this role, no personal care is required. This is a support role, where you will support tenants in living a independent and healthy lifestyle.
This is a full time vacancy which will involve working shift patterns (rota given in advance) along with some weekends, 1 Sleep in shift is also required per week which is paid at an additional £65 per night.
What you\'ll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, ideally you will have experience working in the Social Care sector however this is not essential if you have a genuine passion and interest in working with adults with mental health conditions.
You must be able to commit to shift patterns including 1 sleep in per week
We are not offering sponsorships for this role therefore you must be based in the UK and have right to work in the UK.
You must be able to work under pressure.
