Your new company
This large business, based in Hampshire, are looking to add a crucial hire to their highly skilled Marketing team. Leaders in their sector, this business aims to offer superior service to their clients, operating on a wholly business-to-business model. People are at the core of their business, and they seek to train, develop and grow those who they employ, and this is particularly true within their Marketing team.
Your new role
Internal Communications plays a crucial role within the Marketing team with a focus on connecting the workforce. Reporting directly to the CMO you'll be creating engaging content and managing the communication around events and campaigns. You'll be using a range of channels to do this, including email bulletins, print and intranet, to ensure that staff are at all times up to date with key information. You'll also be responsible for communicating the value of the brand to employees, so they can in turn communicate it with customers.
What you\'ll need to succeed
The business are looking for someone with extensive Internal Comms experience, who has worked with big organisations in the B2B space that offer a service, rather than a product. Written and verbal communication is vital, as is the ability to build strong relations with key stakeholders at all levels of the business. You will be creative and think outside the box, with the ability to deliver engaging content across a wide range of channels, and an understanding of how best to engage with different types of people. Ultimately you will need to be confident and organised, with strong interpersonal and creative skills.
