Your new company
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South West London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all costs relating to our utilities projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures.
Your new role
- Oversee financial KPIs
- Manage subcontractor accounts
- Cost control and management
- Prepare reports, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation
What you\'ll need to succeed
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Proven experience in a similar role within the utilities sector
- Excellent knowledge of construction
- Strong numerical and budgeting skills
