Experienced Development Manager wanted to work within a large, international commercial company

This globally recognised team are looking for a Development Manager to join their growing London office. They need someone who has a proven track record of delivering and leading projects, managing external consultancy teams as well as managing internal stakeholders and deadlines. It is crucial that you have an understanding of the commercial property market as well as having a background in either project or development management.  The ideal candidate will be able to deliver outstanding design-led projects, have strong leadership qualities which will be used to support and develop the internal team, and have worked in a similar role previously.

They are looking for a passionate and driven candidate who has great business acumen and commercial understanding as well as experience partnering with Senior Stakeholders. An understanding or experience in the commercial, hospitality and entertainment sectors would be advantageous.
